Mango Sorbet


Ice Cream is one of the favorite dessert for almost everyone.But many of us control ourself from having it because of the calories contained in it.For those,who is worrying of calories Sorbet is the boon.Sorbet is a frozen dessert made from sweetened water with a fruit flavoring.It contains no fatty cream but tastes yummy and equally like ice creams.If our favorite fat free dessert made with our favorite fruit then its double dumaka.This  mango sorbet is for all those who loves mango and desserts equally....enjoy it and give me the feedback

Ingredients
Ripen Mango-1 Nos
Lemon Juice-1 medium size lemon squeezed
Sugar-3 tsp

Pictorial
Start by preparing the simple sugar syrup by boiling sugar with water and allow it to cool.Add water just to immerse the sugar.

Peel the Mango Skin and chop it in to fine Pieces.

Blend it into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder or blender
Now add lemon juice and sugar syrup to the blended mixture and mix it well
Transfer it ot a fridge container and freeze it for 30 min

After 30 min take it out and mix it well with a fork.Or you can blend it again using a blender or mixer grinder.

Do it repeatedly for 5-6 times for every half an hour.And then allow it to freeze for 12 hours.Then scoop it and serve with your favorite nuts or honey topping.




Note:
1.You can add equal amount of pineapple and mango to make it as Mango-Pineapple sorbet.
2.If you like mint flavor then you can add few mint leaves while making the mango pulp and make it as a mango-mint sorbet
3.Adjust sugar level as per your taste.But don`t forget to note that once  you freeze it,it taste less sugar.So add sugar accordingly.
