Onion Pakora/Onion Pakoda

What can be a best companion for a hot cup of chai/tea other than this hot hot crispy onion pakora.Enjoy it during your tea time with your favourite hot cup of drink or during watching your favourite program with a tomato ketch up.
Onion Pakora



Ingredients
Chopped Onion-1 medium size
Curry Leaf-a strig
Jeera-1 tsp
Asafoetida-a pinch
Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
Gram Flour-1/2 cup
Salt-to taste
Oil-for deep frying.

Pictorial

Put all the ingredients (except flour and oil) in a bowl and give a nice mix.

Now add Gram flour to it and add water to it to make a vada batter consistency.



Now heat oil in a kadai for deep frying and drop small dumplings of batter into it and fry it till it becomes golden brown in colour.

Drain it in a paper towel.



Hot & Crispy Pakora is ready to taste.
