Pani puri

Pani puri-the name it self makes mouthwatering to any ones mouth.The stuffed crispy puri with a tangy pani makes it to taste like heaven.Though everyone likes rather loves it,many of us fear to have it outside because of the way it prepared as well as the ingredients they used in it.But still we can`t control ourself from having it outside because of its taste.I wanted to find a solution for this and tried it here with the simple home available ingredients.Believe me it taste better than the roadside wala Pani puri and you no need to worry about your health as well.

Ingredients
Puri-10 nos (recipe Here)

Kara boondi/Sev-for garnishing

Pani-as required(recipe here)
For Pani
Coriander leaf-1 cup
Pudhina leaf-1 cup
Turmarind-gooseberry size
Grated jaggery-2 tsp
Ginger- small piece
Green chilli-1 to 2 Nos
Roasted jeera powder-1tsp
Black Salt-to taste


For stuffing
Boiled and mashed potato-1 small size
Finely chopped onion-1 medium size
Chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeerra powder-1/2 tsp
Black salt/normal salt-as per taste
Finley choppedCoriander leaf-2 tsp
Chat masala-1/2 tsp (optional)

Prepare the pani by grinding all the pani ingredients together and filter it using a filter.Add required water and keep it ready.


Prepare the stuffing by mixing all the stuffing ingredients together.

Make holes in the puri and stuff the potato stuffing into it and finish it by sev or boondi topping.
Serve it with the tangy tasty pani
