Pazham Sarbath normally called as Pazharasam in my place is one of the favorite summer drink in my place.Sarbath is the main hero in this drink.Its available in most of the places in south india.They normally called it as Nannari Sarbath.Its nothing but a Nannari Root in sugar syrup.If it is available in your place then it is great,You can make this drink often.Trust me it is one of the best healthy cooler for the hot summer.
Ingredients
Ripen Bananas-3 Nos
Pomegranate seeds-as required
Chopped Fruits-as required(Normally they add chopped apples,pine apples,mangoes and Grapes)
Nannari Sarbath-As per your taste
Pictorial
First Take ripened bananas in a mixing bowl.
Mash it well with a laddle
Now add the other fruits to it.
Add the required amount of Nannari sarbath and cold water to it.(I had red colored sarbath thats why my drink is red in color.Normally they add orange color variety.But both tastes more or less same only)
Add few drops of rose essence and mix it well.
Transfer it to the serving glass.Serve it chill and enjoy your healthy tasty drink in this hot summer.
