Pakora

Pakora





Ingredients
Gram flour-1cup
Chopped onions - 1/4 cup
Chopped green chillies-2 to 3 nos
Cumin seeds(jeera)-1 tsp
Curry leaves- a handful amount
Salt-to taste
Oil-as per requirement

Instructions
1.Heat oil in a Kadaai for deep frying.
2.In the mean time lets prepare the batter.put all the ingredients (gram flour,onion,chillies,jeera,curry leaf,salt)in a bowl and give it a nice mix.
3. Now pour a ladleful of hot oil into the mixture and mix it well.(use a spoon to mix since the oil is too hot to touch)
4.Now sprinkle some water into the mixture and neat it well to form a thick dough just like a chappathi dough(Don't add too much water otherwise your pakora wouldn't stay crispy for longer time.if needed add Some more hot oil)
5.Take the dough in your hand and drop it bit by bit with your fingers into the hot oil.
6.Fry it till the pakoras are cooked well and become crispy.(keep the flame in simmer once the oil become hot and ready to fry).Crispy pakora is ready.

It is awesome to taste with a cup of hot tea during the rain.
